We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with experience in software development projects, particularly in outsourcing environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements, as well as supporting discovery and pre-discovery phases. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Conduct and facilitate Discovery Sessions with clients.
Create and maintain BA artifacts (traceability matrices, functional specifications, use cases, UML/BPMN diagrams, acceptance test plans).
Document business processes and define project scope.
Identify and analyze project stakeholders.
Conduct competitor analysis to support business decisions.
Collaborate with Customer and Project Manager to create user stories and functional requirements.
Identify, track, and prioritize changes to requirements and manage backlog.
Work with UI/UX Designers to improve user experience and interfaces.
Facilitate requirements prioritization and ensure traceability.
Establish and monitor requirements management processes across the project lifecycle.
Create low-fidelity prototypes to validate concepts.
Conduct user research (personas, user journeys, user testing).
Define acceptance criteria for functional and non-functional requirements.
Evaluate potential software solutions, including existing and open-source components.

Qualifications

English level: Upper-Intermediate or Advanced (fluent communication and documentation).
Ability to prioritize and justify business functionalities to clients.
Proven expertise in forming and documenting BA artifacts.
Strong capability to structure projects and crystallize business ideas with clients.
Experience integrating into ongoing projects and workflows.
Nice to have: Knowledge of BA standards (PMI, IIBA, Enterprise Architecture), experience with data analytics methodologies and tools.
